Incredible value is built right into our ALPHA above ground pool.
Designed with active families in mind, the ALPHA features strength
and beauty and is an attractive addition to any family’s home.
Three key components form the sturdy backbone of this pool—the wall,
frame and sub-frame :
We start with a heavy gauge steel wall. Steel components are hot-dip
galvanized and given additional weather protection by the application of a
polyester “Weatherizer” paint coating. An attractive wall pattern is added
and then sealed with our resilient “Krystal Kote®” coating, which provides
an extra barrier from the elements and pool chemicals.
The cognac colored pool frame includes a 6-inch steel ledge and 5-inch
steel post, each protected with polyester paint and clear “Krystal Kote®”
topcoat. Two-piece injection molded resin caps complete the structure.
The sub-frame consists of double-rolled steel tracks joined with large,
heavy gauge connectors and oversize hardware.
Do it yourself installation
If you’re handy with a screwdriver, then you can easily assemble your own
CORNELIUS pool. We’ve designed each pool to make installation
problem-free, no multi-sized washers or nuts to worry about. Just one
large screw type is used to assemble the entire pool and we provide easy
to follow instructions.
A size to fit any yard
The ALPHA is available in 48” and 52” depths and in a variety of
Round and A-Brace Oval sizes. A wide selection of liners are also
available to make your new pool the centerpiece of your back yard.

manufactured with both resin and steel components. These materials are
integrated to provide the best combination of strength & durability

- The pool features a large 7”
steel top ledge and 2 piece form fitting resin cap. Steel components
provide strength where it is most needed.
- The wall and all other frame
components are made of hot dipped galvanized steel giving the pool the
strength it needs to contain thousands of gallons of water. They are
primed, painted, and coated with clear liquid vinyl for true
weatherability.
- The PACIFIC oval pool is available with a traditional buttress system or a new space saving Narrow Buttress System “NBS”. Both systems use heavy gauge steel components to create a true straight sided oval.
